Personal Information We Collect or Process
When we use the term "personal information," we mean information that identifies you or can reasonably be linked to you or another individual.
Personal information does not include information that has been collected anonymously or de-identified in a manner that prevents it from reasonably being linked to an identifiable individual.

From our service providers, including providers that assist us with website hosting, infrastructure, email delivery, data storage, analytics, security, customer support, or other technical functions.
From partners or other third parties, where permitted by applicable law and where such services are used in connection with operating the website.
How We Use Your Personal Information
Depending on how you interact with us and which Services you use, we may use personal information for the following purposes:
Provide, Tailor, and Improve the Services. We use personal information to operate the website, provide the Services, perform our contractual obligations, process transactions, confirm purchases, provide purchased digital materials, maintain your account, remember relevant preferences, display information associated with your purchases, and improve the functionality and usability of the website.
Process Payments and Deliver Digital Materials. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details. Once the applicable payment provider confirms that your payment has been completed, we may use the payment confirmation and order information to provide a download link for the guide, course, or other digital material you purchased.
Marketing and Advertising. Where permitted by applicable law, we may use your contact information to send information about digital educational materials, website updates, related offers, or other relevant communications. Where consent is required, such communications will be sent based on your consent. You may withdraw that consent at any time.
Security and Fraud Prevention. We may use personal information to authenticate accounts, protect transactions, identify suspicious or unauthorized activity, prevent misuse of the Services, maintain website security, investigate potential fraud, and protect our rights and the rights of users.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and should not share your username, password, or other authentication information with another person.
Communicating with You. We may use personal information to respond to your questions, provide customer support, send order-related information, provide download instructions, address technical inquiries, and maintain our relationship with you.
Legal Reasons. We may use personal information where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, lawful government requests, tax or accounting requirements, resolve disputes, establish or defend legal claims, or investigate and enforce possible violations of our Terms of Service or other policies.
How We Disclose Personal Information
In certain circumstances, we may disclose personal information to third parties for legitimate business, technical, contractual, or legal purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.
Such circumstances may include:
With payment providers, such as Stripe, PayPal, Airwallex, or another payment provider used through the website, where necessary to process payments, confirm transactions, process refunds where applicable, handle payment disputes, or perform related payment functions.
With vendors and service providers that perform services on our behalf, including website hosting, server infrastructure, IT services, cloud storage, analytics, security, email delivery, customer support, and related technical functions.
With communication or marketing service providers, where such services are used and where permitted by applicable law.
When you request, direct, or consent to our disclosure of particular information to a third party.
With our contractors, affiliates, or persons acting on our behalf, where reasonably necessary for operating or supporting the Services.
In connection with a business transaction, including a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale or transfer of assets, insolvency, or similar corporate transaction.
Where disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations, respond to subpoenas, court orders, government requests, or similar lawful processes, enforce applicable Terms of Service or policies, investigate suspected violations, prevent fraud or abuse, or protect our rights, users, or other persons.
Third-party service providers may process personal information in accordance with their own privacy policies, terms, and applicable data protection laws.
Relationship with Payment and Service Providers
The Services operate independently and are not hosted or operated through Shopify.
Certain functions of the website rely on third-party service providers. These may include providers responsible for payment processing, website hosting, server infrastructure, domain services, email delivery, data storage, website security, analytics, and other technical or operational functions.
Payments made through the Services are processed by a third-party payment provider, such as Stripe, PayPal, Airwallex, or another payment provider made available at checkout.
When you make a payment, the information necessary to process that transaction may be transmitted directly to the applicable payment provider. We do not store your full payment card number, card security code, or other complete card credentials on our website.
The payment provider may provide us with certain information regarding your transaction, including:
payment status;
transaction identifier;
transaction amount;
payment confirmation;
payment method type;
billing information where applicable; and
other information necessary to identify and manage the transaction.
Once payment has been confirmed by the payment provider, the Services may generate or send you a download link for the digital guide, course, or other digital material you purchased.
Each third-party provider processes information according to its own privacy notice, terms, and legal obligations.
Depending on the provider used and your location, information may be processed in a country other than the country in which you reside.
Where required by applicable data protection law, appropriate safeguards will be used for international transfers of personal information.
Third Party Websites and Links
The Services may contain links to websites, payment pages, services, or other online resources operated by third parties.
If you follow a link to a website or service that is not operated or controlled by us, you should review that third party's privacy policy, security practices, and terms before submitting personal information.
This includes pages operated by payment providers that may be used to process your transaction.
We do not control and are not responsible for the independent privacy, security, availability, content, or data-processing practices of third-party websites or services.
The inclusion of a link to a third-party website or service does not by itself mean that we endorse, control, or accept responsibility for that third party or its content.
Information you provide directly to a third-party provider will generally be handled according to that provider's own privacy policy and applicable terms.
Children's Data
The Services are not intended for use by children who are below the minimum age required under applicable law to independently consent to the processing of personal information.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in circumstances where consent from a parent or legal guardian would be required.
If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that a child has provided us with personal information inappropriately, you may contact us using the contact details provided below to request that the information be reviewed or deleted where required by applicable law.
We do not knowingly sell personal information belonging to individuals under the age at which such practices are restricted by applicable law.
Security and Retention of Your Information
We use reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, destruction, or disclosure.
However, no method of electronic transmission, website operation, payment processing, or electronic storage can be completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted through or stored in connection with the Services.
Full payment card details are processed by the applicable third-party payment provider and are not stored by us on the website.
You should avoid sending sensitive payment information or other confidential information through communication channels that are not specifically designed for secure transmission.
How long we retain personal information depends on several factors, including whether the information is needed to:
maintain an account;
provide the Services;
maintain transaction and order records;
respond to customer requests;
comply with legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations;
prevent fraud or misuse;
resolve disputes; or
enforce applicable agreements and policies.
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes or as otherwise required by applicable law.

Objection to Processing and Restriction of Processing. You may have the right to object to certain types of processing or request that we restrict the processing of personal information for particular purposes.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights available to you under applicable data protection law.

Where permitted by law, you may authorize another person to submit a request on your behalf. We may request reasonable evidence demonstrating that the individual is authorized to represent you and may also require direct verification from you.

International Transfers
Our website infrastructure, payment providers, hosting providers, and other service providers may operate in different countries.
As a result, personal information may in certain circumstances be transferred, stored, or processed outside the country in which you reside.
If personal information protected by European Economic Area or United Kingdom data protection laws is transferred to a country that has not been recognized as providing an adequate level of protection, we will use an appropriate legally recognized transfer mechanism where required.
Such safeguards may include the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, applicable United Kingdom international data transfer mechanisms, or another mechanism permitted under applicable data protection law.
Third-party payment providers may also carry out international transfers independently according to their own privacy policies and legal obligations.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including to reflect changes to the Services, website functionality, payment providers, service providers, our information practices, or applicable operational, legal, and regulatory requirements.
When changes are made, we will post the revised Privacy Policy on this website and update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page.
